Devine Origin Spa Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit may be required.

Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rearranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

This policy protects the time reserved especially for you.

Devine Origin Spa Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
This policy allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.

Devine Origin Spa Late Arrival Policy

At Devine Origin Spa, we value every client’s time and aim to provide a relaxing and high-quality experience for everyone. To ensure smooth scheduling for all guests, we kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may still receive their scheduled service; however, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Clients arriving more than 1015 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, depending on the service booked and the schedule for the day.

If we are unable to perform the service due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment, and the deposit or booking fee may be non-refundable.

This policy allows us to respect the time of all clients and ensure each guest receives the full quality experience they deserve.

Devine Origin Spa No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and fails to notify the spa.

Clients who miss an appointment without notice will lose their deposit.
After two missed appointments, clients may be required to pay the full service fee in advance before booking future appointments.
Continued no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients efficiently.
